Parents,
We can hardly believe that we only have only two weeks left until the end of the second quarter. It’s amazing to think that in only a few weeks we will have completed half of the school year. Please continue to support your student and our efforts by making sure your student is doing their homework each night. Every night your student either has homework or should be studying for an upcoming assessment. We truly appreciate your support!
General Team Information:
Earlier this week Mr. Crayton transitioned to his new position as Principal at Wakefield High School. The Patriotic Wolves teachers wish Mr. Crayton all the best in his new position, and will miss his leadership and support. Administrative duties have been divided among the administrative staff and policies and procedures will remain in place as usual. Ms. Tullis continues to be our grade-level and team administrator.
The Patriotic Wolves teachers continue to be available every Tuesday after school until 5:00 pm to help students in our core classes. This is a great time for students to receive additional help, work on projects, or study for upcoming assessments in a structured setting. We ask that you make sure your student has a ride home at 5:00 PM.
Eighth grade parent night meeting will be Thursday, January 14th, from 6:30-8:00 PM. You may contact Ms. Anderson (landerson3@wcpss.net) in Student Services for more information.
