Originally from the Detroit area, I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in History, Interdisciplinary Studies, and English. I gained my Secondary Education teaching endorsement from the MSU College of Education, and have taught both middle school and high school students.
This is my fourth year at Wakefield Middle School, and third year on the Patriotic Wolves team. In addition to teaching I also act as Wakefield’s Student Council Advisor, and encourage all students to find a way to get involved in the school and community.
When I’m not in the classroom, I can be found exploring North Carolina, catching up on a good book, or watching Spartan football and basketball.
